New Skin Bundle is unironically too distracting to actually play with

I bought the bundle today and played around five games with it. I like the way it looks and I like the little effects with the pets or whatever but I honestly get way too distracted playing with it. Like I legit feel like my performance dropped significantly when I equipped it and I ended up switching back to my usual skins and instantly started playing better again. My brain just gets insanely overloaded when I play with them especially the knife.

Now obviously I'm probably not used to playing with it yet or whatever but I feel like every skin that Val drops has progressively gone more and more in the direction of flashiness over actual utility. Like especially the last few like the Mystbloom and the other one (the super clunky elden ring looking one), and I kinda hope they release some more "competitive focused" ones like the og prime vandal.

I was just wondering if anyone shared a similar experience of playing worse with the more flashy skins like the new one.
