Pretty worried about this package… is this at all normal.
So I shipped something on Saturday dropped it off at the UPS store, packaged it myself and made sure the label was on. I also have the receipt.
The package didn’t get any updates over the weekend which I know is relatively normal, but we’re almost at the end of Monday and they’re still no updates. I called the UPS store that I dropped it off at and they said it was definitely picked up on Saturday.
After the store, confirmed that I called UPS and they said that they could not see any scans beyond what I can see (picture attached). The package is medication so I got transferred to the healthcare department who said that they put a monitor on it and will call me tomorrow if it doesn’t move to file package claim but right now I’m super stressed and just wondering if this is at all expected and if it’s possible for it to be moving without those scans.
Its second day was scheduled to arrive tomorrow, December 3.
