The importance of tracking your journey
I have just realised the importance of plotting your journey on a graph or spreadsheet.
I weigh myself every day and last week was up and down and I felt at the end of the week that I hadn’t lost anything this week. When I looked at my graph in the last seven days I had actually lost 1.8lbs It’s very easy to get disheartened but when you look at your data over a period of time things can look a little different.
Last week went upto 5mg felt a little rundown and my guts were a little delicate. This week after 2nd dose on 5mg feel a lot better and am more regular .
