Should I affiliate?

I've been streaming for a few months now and finally got affiliate. I've got a great small community and they're great but I'm kind of thinking to not go affiliate because I don't want them to spend money on me when they've been here pretty much since day 1. I do feel like I'm over thinking this but I just need another streamers opinion about it.
