How effed am I?

I bought a round trip J class ticket on Turkish Airlines for a flight next/this year (2025). It goes from the US to India with a stop over trip in Istanbul (21 hr layover). I had previously flown on Turkish Airlines one way from Istanbul to the US on economy and it was OK not great, but not god-awful either.

I bought my ticket before I searched this forum and apparently Turkish is a hellish airline with no redeeming qualities. Does this apply to all classes, (economy, business) or just mainly economy?

I really don't care about the food and service. I just want to be able to lie flat and sleep for most of the trip since it'll be a very long journey to India from the US and back.

Should I eat the cancellation fee and rebook on a "proper" airline or just roll the dice with the trip?

Edit: Thanks all for the feedback and opinions and sharing your experiences and tips. I think I let some negative posts in this sub get the best of my anxiety about flying with TA.
