[Question] What are your biggest concerns when buying a watch?
Hey r/Tudor community!
Im doing this as a survey for a college assignment where I aim to build a sample marketplace where I can address the biggest problems in the current marketplaces (chrono24, chrononext etc). I really appreciate your responses and hopefully we can use your feedback to build a better marketplace for everybody. I'm really curious to hear from you all and thank you in advance for your feedback!
Here are a few questions to get the discussion started:
- What frustrates you most about buying or selling watches online?
- How important is transparent pricing and fee structures to you?
- What communication features would enhance your experience when dealing with other watch enthusiasts and sellers?
- Are there any security or authenticity concerns that you feel aren't adequately addressed by current platforms?
- What would make you trust a new watch marketplace over established ones?
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and suggestions! Let's make the watch world a better place for everyone.
Cheers, Steve
