Anyone have experience getting top surgery with a pigeon chest?

I'm nonbinary and have wanted top surgery for as long as I've known it existed. I had a breast reduction a few years ago and it healed great, but it also really solidified that what I really want is a flat chest instead of a smaller one, and I've finally made my consultation for next week. Unfortunately, I have pectus carinatum, or a pigeon chest, which means my breastbone juts out a considerable amount instead of being flat with my torso. I don't really know how bad it is because my boobs hide it pretty well, so I never really thought it would be an issue until I started thinking seriously about top surgery and now I'm spiraling thinking that I can never have a flat chest because of it. Has anyone here dealt with this? Is it really noticeable for you, or do pecs/certain kinds of reconstruction help to hide it? No idea how common this is and I can't find any information anywhere else.
