If therapy can't help you does that mean nothing will?

Therapy seems to be considered the last step and cure-all from the way people talk about it. But it does not help your mental problems...that's it?

Is it just over? Therapy seems to be the last stop.

I already go to the gym, run and eat healthy. 28 year old. My issue is I am not able to make my own decisions and also not to create my own meaning - I just don't like anything, a sort of existential nihilism.
