Tokyo must visit restaurants?!!! (Shibuya but can travel)

Going to Tokyo next month for a week: Shibuya if location matters. Interested in any can't miss omekase, Kobe beef, yakototi, tappenyaki or really anything you'd be able to suggest! Thanks for your help! Had imagined travel agent would help but they seem helpless. Just need names I suppose. Will try to use some of the commercial restaurant reservation services in the net to make Rez!
