Mythic Dimension Core effect priority

Just got my DC to mythic and want to roll for mythic subs. Currently I have:

Rare +4m BH size Legendary +50x chain lightening damage Epic +6% chain lightening chance.

Chain lightening is the main portion of my damage in tournaments and I run DC for farming as well.

Based on other posts I'm guessing the priority would be: Chain lightening chance Chain Landing damage/quantity Black hole size/GT bonus
