Standard Perks Bonus lab is really really good for farming, right?

For long runs that benefit from perks, the Standard Perks Bonus lab seems to be really really good. SPB gives you cash, coins, duration... everything. Is there any reason not to rush this to 30? (I'm almost at level 14 now.)
