Advanced Chain Lightning

CL was my first UW over two years ago and I never really touched it until a few months ago. Now just the other day I managed to unlock Chain Thunder and Lightning Amplifier. My question is where is a good place to take CL with all the tools available? I have M+ DC with 100x CL dmg sub mod, base CL stats are x4 dmg 3 quantity and 15.50% chance, Shock multi lab is maxed and shock chance is 7.5%. I can pull in around 5T coins each day, and currently have about 200 stones spare to invest. TIA!
