Am I progressing too slowly?

Recently I've been seeing some people showing their profile and seeing 10k+ user rank, being in UL or ZL with about 300-400h played hours and now I need to know if I'm going too slowly or they're just tryhards. (I'm saving my cats eyes to when I finish cotc or almost at the end of sol)
