How to fight incompetence at service center?

Hi All I have a 2023 model S for 8 months now. It was delivered with problems and flaws all over the place (misaligned doors where they were just scraping the body panels when opening, misaligned handles, chipped paint, broken dash, a frunk that doesn’t open..). 4 service appointments and 2 body shop visits further all problems are fixed except for 1: my frunk still won’t open despite being already “fixed” 3 times. Every time they come up with a reason for the problem and a fix, that never works. Now they just said “it’s fixed” without saying what they did or what they think the problem is. First thing I do is test the frunk, and it doesn’t open. It’s really maddening. They just tell me to make a new appointment in 4 weeks and they will look at it again. They won’t even try to look at it while I’m there. The exact problem is when I open the frunk from within the car, the frunk pops open for 1-2cm, but you cannot lift it, it’s stuck. It’s only when opening the frunk and immediately at the same time pulling it up, that you can open it. About 90% of the time this happens, seldomly it just opens normally. - do you guys now of any possible reason what’s causing this? - do you know of a way escalating things at Tesla? Going to another service center really isn't practical, but maybe it’s the only solution? Thanks for your opinions
