Hours cut so low SD thinks its funny

I'm one of the main two service desk closers for my store. We've always had an issue of service desk doing 2-3 jobs at once because of coverage issues, but today was horrible. Our schedule has been cut to the point it doesnt work, having only 2 people running the entire front after 9pm. While I was covering DU's break (sco closed with 2 people on a lane) I was calling for help. I had 3 DU's close/there, a line at service desk, someone yelling at me at the single sco we keep open, and zero carts. I called for help getting carts and my SD told me to wait over walkie. One of the cashiers called for a backup and she asked me if there was a line at SD. She told me to hop on a lane and do service desk and lane. I told her I was actively outside and had 2 DU's here. Later after getting carts, dealing with the screaming lady at sco, clearing service desk and DU she makes an appearance. I told her I was doing like 4 things at a time and the front really needed support and she started to laugh,,giggle? idk. She said it was their (the tm who was doing DU) fault for taking a break, and next time he just shouldnt take one. It was in a joking tone but it just ruined everything for me. I started to cry and sarcastically thanked her for the "solution" and just walked away. The only person who actually helped was someone in OPU, who was also actively calling for help. Today was a complete shitshow and she didn't care. It makes our store look terrible and its noticeable. Some of our most recent reviews have been about the TMs being great, but doing multiple things at once, so bad they don't want to support target anymore. Today was shit.
