Positive LH

CD 17 was my first strong + LH test this cycle. I’ve now had another strong + CD 18. From around 3pm today I’ve been experiencing strong O pains to the point it feels like a knife in my ovary when I laugh 😭 Would you say CD 17 is my peak & I just have strong LH levels still? It usually fades quite quickly after a peak.

Cycle 14 TTC (11 months) I was previously on the implant contraceptive
