Lightbox merch store: improvements needed

What a "great" idea to close merch store two hours before last screening ends. Even "better" one: not posting hours anywhere. Thought of properly browsing was interrupted by countless, mostly non buying, bystanders. Good selection of merch - tiniest space ever. One would think TIFF could afford non bathroom sized environment with $50+ per item. Extention into roomy hall, perhaps? Then service, of course: look / tone of death, almost like you're doing a favour to yourself (Heard of "thank you"?) Compliments should not come from visitors. Would not buy again. P.S.: Programme Book unavailability dilemma was ridiculous - not in store for a week.
