Build help… 7 RC

I probably wont be able to use all 7 RC. I’m thinking doing Clan Expedition. But i dont wanna use E chest. I wanna use TL, Red AoQ and my vNeck, I was wondering where should I use my RCs and S chest? I dont think i can afford to get another SS since I dont have enough e/v cores. How about AF the red AoQ for 20%+ dmg, OR red VNeck?
