Very poor performance on windows

I'm trying to use torrentio+ RD and I'm getting very bad lag on the windows application. Any video plays at a low fps and is very choppy. My internet connection is good. That's not the problem.

I try to use the web app, but I can't load anything that uses torrents.

Any fixes?
