(Unpopular Opinion?) I'm kind of sick of hearing about Costumes
First off, I like costumes and im more then happy and hoping to see more as soon as possible. This is not me saying I don't want costumes or thinking that its wrong for wanting them but I've grown pretty annoyed with the obsession with paid costumes and how there hasn't been new ones in a long time and more so of all the content creators complaining about it as some sort of "controversy"
MK! released costumes constantly compared to SF6 and yet that game has one foot in the grave already. SF6 releases a character every couple of months at most and has more people playing it then basically any other game in the genre. The reason any of us are acting like there's been a "content drought" is because every single live service game is made to trick us into thinking constant content drops is somehow a sign of a healthy game.
Sorry about the rant but its been annoying to see so many content creators treating the lack of DLC costumes as some kind of big deal when alot of these old heads existed during a time when you didn't need constant costumes to keep a game healthy especially when we know that SF6 is doing just fine. Maybe I'm just weird but after seeing so many videos on how the lack of costumes is totally a big deal, I felt some of you can understand.
