Piss test for work

I'm going to a new position that requires a clean urine sample. How long do i need to get the thc out. I smoke 2ce a day for probably 6 or 7 months now. And how tf am I gona quit cold turkey iv goten high every day for over a year and iv never actually done a t break. Help I realy need this spot
