Is Ezra the First New Canon Jedi Beast Master?

I know Jedi are well connected to the force and therefore nature but it seems Ezra has an abnormally easier time with connecting and leading animals like Lothcats, Lothwolves, and Purgill. I know in legends there was an official title of Beast Master but I haven't seen it in New Canon. Do you think Ezra is a Jedi Beast Master or will become one?
