another 3.0 who to pull post

sorry about this lol i usually prioritise characters i actually like over meta, but when multiple characters i like are running i will go for the stronger one. i like every character running in 3.0 and have absolutely none of them, so any advice on who or what (i pull lcs as well) to pull would be helpful.
