My First LoRA: Creating an AI Influencer – Need Your Feedback!

Hey community,

I’ve recently started a project creating AI influencers and see massive potential for cost-efficient, scalable content creation using StableDiffusion and tools like Flux Dev model. This is my first LoRA ever trained, and I’d love to hear your feedback on how I can improve!

Here’s how I approached it so far: • I curated a dataset by using a variable prompt approach for a base image. When I liked the output, I fixed the seed and made one change at a time, such as face position, lighting, pose, background, or clothing, to ensure variety and control in the dataset. • The final dataset included 15 face images, focusing only on the face, as the body is controlled through consistent text prompts when I use the trained LoRA. • I’ve been generating images with the Flux Dev model to create content for Aurora Lux’s Instagram profile, @auroralux.xo. Feel free to check it out and give feedback on the results!

My Concerns:

  1. Face Rotations: The LoRA works well with front-facing poses, but dynamic angles or side profiles are inconsistent. Should I add more varied face rotations to the dataset to improve this?

  2. Model Centering: Most images place the model in the center. Is this due to the dataset, or is it just how StableDiffusion handles prompts?

  3. Pose Variety: Would adding more dynamic facial expressions and lighting variations enhance the LoRA’s flexibility?

This project has been super exciting and a great learning experience, but I know there’s room to grow. If anyone has tips, resources, or advice on improving LoRAs, I’d love to hear from you!
