Consistent Disconnect Issues

My partner and I have been trying to play Splatoon 3 together. It’s our favorite game. However, pretty consistently every 10 minutes or so, we disconnect (whether in a match or not). There’s no error code or anything. It simply says something to the effect of “Connection to the network device was lost.” We timed it out and it happens fairly consistently every 10 minutes or so.

We don’t have any issues on our other devices, and we’ve tried moving to different locations in the apartment, power cycling switches and router, and using IP pass through on our switches. No luck. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to resolve this issue? We really want to be able to play for Grand Fest, but the constant disconnects (and subsequent bans) make it very difficult. It didn’t used to be as bad or as consistent as it is now!
