Favorite way to eat your sourdough?

I know it seems like a silly, basic question, but I want to know what everyone’s favorite way to eat their sourdough is! Do you “tear at it like a starved goblin” and eat chunks of it plain? Do you love making sandwiches with it? Melt a thick slice of cheddar on top? Dip it in olive oil? What’s your go-to way of enjoying all the hard work you’ve put into your bread?

I personally love it sliced and toasted, then schmeared with salted butter while it’s still warm so the butter gets all melty. Then I drizzle agave over the top. It’s so good, better than cake 🤤
