What am I doing wrong with Thumbnails/Titles?

My channel is focused around the Assassin’s Creed series since it’s my favorite game franchise, I did multiple A/B tests and I landed on this thumbnail.

But my click through rate is still very low (compared to what I see on this sub at least) so what am I doing wrong? Are the titles just boring or is it something else?
