Optiplex 9020 MT Motherboard Swap Options

Hey guys, just as the title suggests. What are good options for a 9020 MT mobo swaps? I know it’s micro ATX but I heard there may be issues with the IO fitting in the case. Before you say “just get a new case” I’m trying to see if there’s any potential contenders. It’s about saving a buck where I can.
