CPAP F”ing suckssss

When i got my sleep apnea diagnosis, i was just relieved that there actually was something going on and i wasn’t just crazy. Dealing with the fatigue i have for the past couple years i have been willing to try anything. When prescribed cpap, i thought i would be the most compliant person ever! Oh no. So in the two weeks that ive been on it I’ve gotten a maximum of 4 hours of sleep a night (with most nights being around 2-3) with about maybe 1 or two of those hours being on cpap. I have changed mask and pressure but it just doesn’t seem to be getting any better and the sleep deprivation is really taking a toll on me. Don’t want to give up so soon, but is it even healthy for me to continue going on like this? Mouthpiece might be better for me?
