I can’t find the daily event tickets?

I’ve heard about the refresh bug that’s happening right now, but wasn’t sure if it affected the daily tickets? I’ve logged on today and there’s no blue light for me to collect to get the 4 music pieces where it usually would be (beside the instruments). Are they somewhere else today, or have they just not spawned due to the bug?
