Industry question

I’m a British citizen and my partner is Italian but we are permanent residents of Australia. We have decided to try and move back to the UK with our young daughter and the only way we are going to be able to do so it seems is if he can secure a SWV.

My question is, he is a construction manager of a large company in Sydney for over 10 years, would it be possible for him to secure a job and SWV in this field? If so, are there any sorts of agencies that we could contact who match people to jobs?
