Can I make live in Ranch hands, maids etc using clubs?

Hi! I want to make a live in ranch hand/gardener/maid and was wondering if I made a club always run if they'd do their job? The problem would be looking after their needs, and getting them to care for llamas and cows. I put the care for animals activity on and they only feed the chickens. Please help.
