char cards personality and traits

hello again so ive been playing around getting my bearings and even started making a few test cards of my own to try things i get that the current best "models move fast" n stuff but after reading and watching some tutorials on card creation i noticed some authors have numbers 1-5 behind the personality and traits like they are weights .. is this a thing not in silly tavern or an old/new style ? (w++ ect)
