Let's talk about Sezane's refund issue

I'll start out by saying that I love Sezane, and a lot of my wardrobe is from there. I love the designs. But...their returns practice is incredibly sketchy. Five (5) times I have gotten refunded the incorrect amount (or nothing at all) after returning an order, and I only noticed because I checked my credit card statement. They refunded me $100+ dollars less than they should have every time. Once it was $250 less than they should have refunded. Another time it was $150 less. Another time, I just didn't get a refund at all for an order until I followed up multiple times.

To their credit, they have refunded the correct amount immediately once I reached out when they refunded me too little.

I totally understand that mistakes happen, and I would have been fine with this if it happened once. But regularly issuing incorrect refunds - or not issuing them at all unless the customer follows up multiple times - is really sketchy. I wonder how much money they've kept from people who just didn't notice they were refunded $200 less than they were owed. It's not our job as the customers to do Sezane's accounting for them - they need to get on top of this.
