Anybody remember the first time Jordan and Janitor interact. Is this scene from “Shrinking” an Homage to that?

In the most recent episode of Shrinking, Christa Miller’s character Liz (a major recurring character) meets Neil Flynn’s Ray (very minor guest role) for the first time.

I’ve attached the scene. It felt very Scrubs like and was wondering if “I don’t love him” was one of Jordan’s first things said meeting Janitor.
