Corpo San Diego

I live near north park and more and more I’m seeing the spread of the “modern luxury” apartment buildings. You know the type, 1bdr, 1ba 500sq ft ~$3500 rent… There’s just something that bugs me about that whole thing. Maybe it’s the overly inflated price tag, maybe it’s the sterile corporate vibe, idk. I’m not against nice apartments, I just don’t want this neighborhood and the surrounding neighborhoods to turn into a soulless corporate high rise wasteland.
