Is Sampo a Twink?

I've been arguing on and on with my friend about this. Is Sampo Koski identified as a twink? I, personally, say he's not. There are base models for all HSR dudes. Big burly man, and little skinny man. Sampo has the first model. Luka, for example, had the second model. But I need the input of you all- my fellow Sampo mains. Is Sampo a twink?
