First few stories recommendations?

Hey!! I'm thinking of getting into the SCP fandom(after a few like- years of it being on the edge of my knowledge lol), and I wanna start reading some of the SCP stories!

only problem: I am not usually a horror fan. I think this is mostly because I am autistic and won't really know what I'm getting into? Not the point. Any recommendations that don't include jumpscares or uncanny valley like inhuman smiles? I definitely have 999 and the rest of the safe class on my to-read list lol

(also I have not even visited the site yet tbh, like I said it's been in like the corner of my eye I don't actually have any clue what I'm doing lol)
