The SCP foundation isn't wrong in using D-Class as test subjects

Many people would say that the SCP foundation is evil due to the fact that they use D-class as test subjects. I have read many files and watch many SCP shorts and by the shound of it D-Class are people who commit serious crimes like murder and were sent into custody by the foundation. What do you guys think
