Best retro handheld

What’s the best retro handheld in 2024? Mostly for playing gba, snes, psp, ds. Been looking at the miyoo plus and rs36 but tbh I’m super confused many differing opinion on them. (Also off topic but is there any good retro handheld with Ds touch screen capabilities, looking to play games like Mario and Luigi rpg games that require touchscreen).
