Where is my ice fairy set??

So due to a very late birthday gift I got myself the tall ice fairy and I really love it and it's so cute but when I want to go in redeem it I got nothing except for the virtual item in Roblox. Is there just not a set for that?? Why would you release a set without having the set being accessible when you meet all the qualifications for it??? I'm guessing I'm just going to have to wait a few months hopefully less to get the actual set from it but it's still annoying because why don't you have the rewards for redeeming stuff done when you're selling this stuff in the codes that are needed to be redeemed??? They are so shit at business
