Engaging movies and shows to help with steady state workouts
TLDR: Mad Max: Fury Road and the newer Furiosa prequel both cause time to absolutely melt away on SS workouts. Highly recommended.
My erging lately looks like 45 minutes in UT2, 3-4 times a week for cardiovascular health and to hit my goal of one million meters in 2024.
I've been on the hunt for fast-paced & engaging movies to help the time pass and, in particular, I've found Deadpool; Deadpool 2; Max Max: Fury Road and the Furiosa prequel to all be really outstanding. I've even stayed on the erg longer just to watch some scenes a second time.
Any other shows or movies you all recommend? I've also watched Upgrade and Crank and started the series 24. Next on the list may be the John Wick movies or The Raid.
