HELP ME PLEASE

So I have an alt account with a bunch of stuff I need, when roblox was down I thought it was internet issues so I uninstalled it from my android tablet then after 8 hours I came back and everything was working with my other accounts but when I opened it it asked me to login so I tried, I had the correct password and still didn’t work, I tried forget my username and password and tried email and phone both were just loading forever, then when I tried getting a one-time code it says an error occurred. I CANT LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT. Can anyone help me please?
