Not a strategic game anymore

I remember when every round of a ranked match had this almost like a chess match feel to it, even before the game started, the operator bans mattered alot, not only to eliminate OP ops but to eliminate counters to what your team will be trying to do but now with the new meta of "rush and shoot" all this feels inconsequential

I played several games in solo q where I picked a thermite, thatcher, fuze etc to try and play strategically but ended up being useless, my team rushed in site and either eliminated everyone or got killed in a span of 30 seconds

I tried playing above site with fuze, and before my first fuze charge was set, it was already 5v2, my team rushed and just killed everyone.

Old siege was slow and methodical, this new siege just feels like COD with better mechanics. What should they do to fix it?
