I'm curious. What's your opinion about Ilia Amitola?

My post about representation made me ask what was the fandom's opinion about Ilia as a character.

I personally like her weapon and her design. I also like that, unlike Adam, we get a backstory from her, which makes her a more sympathetic character.

However, I have the same problem with her that I have with Emerald: her redemption wasn't executed very well in my opinion. I think she was forgiven too easy if we take to account that she tried to kill Blake's parents, all of this happening in the same volume.
