Real life NPC encounter

As I arrived at the construction site for work this morning, a man approached me with "excuse me sir, you look like a kind man" which automatically flicked my brain into RDR2 mode. His car had a flat tyre across the street, he didn't know how to change it, so dutifully I assisted. As I worked he kept saying how useless and foolish he felt, and I did my best to assure him there weren't no shame in it. He was a doctor in the city, and gave me a hug and his card before he left, offering me a free checkup anytime. As he drove off I tipped my imaginary gamblers hat, and I'm sure I heard the ping of my honour bar
