Was RCB's decision to spend heavy on pace and light on spin a good move considering we play 7 games in Chinnaswamy?

We have 4 premier pacers and only 1 premier spinner where ideally we were supposed to have 2. Considering the fact that we play in Chinnaswamy, is it a good move?
