The brain fog is unbearable. I switched to 2mg nicorette lozenges for a week after quitting Zyn, but only using them in the morning and at night. So really just over a week nicotine free.
My job is very stressful and requires me to lead about 60 people. My anxiety is through the roof because I feel like the brain fog is destroying my presence in front of these people. Are there any nicotine free options that help wake your brain up (coffee doesn’t work).
