Stress make psoriasis worse?

Hi! I’ve struggled with scalp psoriasis for a long time now, but it had gotten so much better for about a year now. Then, my mom’s dementia progressed and I got upset and stressed, grieving. Currently came home to see her before she passes. It is SO bad now. It started flaring the same time I found out about her end of life prognosis.

I can’t help but feel it is related as nothing in my diet has changed. Very pus/wet feeling and scabby 😞
