Will having a speeding ticket ruin my chances of becoming a cop?

2019 I got a speeding ticket for going 20 over in NY.. I paid it off and got 4 points on my license. Joined the military in 2020 and haven’t gotten in any trouble since that ticket. Haven’t even been pulled over. But now I just filled out my waiver packet for the police department, and it’s asking for my driving record and on my driving record it shows the ticket.

How will this affect my chances if at all?
